Overview of 2013

2013. I can't believe its pretty much over!!!
I always thought about this year because this was the year I was to graduate from college. It seemed so far away!!! well, now its over .

2013 has been  I would say a busy year for me. Everyday I had some goals, things to do that I wrote in my planner. Days or rather weeks went by super fast.

Spring: I tied to enjoy my last semester in college. Enjoyed my classes and spent many hours in college studying and spending time with friends.

May: I graduated from University of New Hampshire with a  bachelor degree in Biology.

This is a picture of me and my friends on Graduation day.
Summer: 10 days after graduation I went to Ukraine on a mission trip.
It was amazing how this God worked out this trip so well. I wanted to go on a mission trip this summer but we (my family) were not planing to go. I asked my dad to pray about such opportunity... One day (it was last week of March) one of my brothers came and told me that we got invited to do a camp for school in village Gvozdov (that is where my family is from). I got exited right away realizing that this was an answer to my prayer. We prayed and began getting ready.  Because it was all so sudden we bought our tickets a month before we actually flew but Praise God the prices did not rise very high.
On May 25th we went to a annual youth conference in NY and the next day (May 26th) we flew out from JFK to Moscow from which we took a plane to Kiev. We slept a lot during the trip because we did not sleep much during the conference or even before it. I slept so hard that  I missed the food when it was served so I landed in Kiev being very hungry.
I Ukraine we did 4 weeks of camps, lead youth gatherings, participated in church and did many other things. Our days were planned out pretty well.
This is a video of us singing when kids from the camp came to church.
(left). This is our team in one of the camps. Camp in Gvozdov. We all had green shirts with words in Ukrainian on them "The Lord is my Shepherd" Psalm 23.
(right)These are girls in my team in camp in Gorodische. They are very nice girls.

In about three days before we were going to fly home to U.S. we got invited to go to Russia with a group from Ukraine. It was a bit hard decision but after praying and talking to our parents we decided to stay in Ukraine and go to Russia.
We drove to Russia on 3 vans (26 people). It took us 48 hours until we reach out destination (Sterlitamak, Barkishkostan in Russia). Here we traveled to different cities and towns encouraging local churches and working with kids as well as youth.

I met these wonderful girls in Ukraine with whom I was able to spend almost two months ministering together. I am so thankful to God for giving my such godly and wonderful friends!!! We were able to record this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZ9p-59nYCM of a song that we sang many. many times. This song brings me a lot of memories!!!

I am so thankful to God for such an amazing mission trip that He allowed me to be part of!

For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.  Psalm 84:11

Fall: Started a girls' prayer group. It is such a blessing!!! :)
I work as a substitute teacher. I enjoy this job a lot. Its a lot of fun to spend time with children of all ages and get to know them. I feel that I can write many interesting books on the children that I get to meet.  I also like the free time that I get to catch up on my reading.
I was  also able to take interpreting class. It was also a lot of fun!
God has also blessed me with a new car and a laptop.
SO, yap. this is a very small glimpse of my wonderful life. I can say 100% that it would not be even close to being this wonderful if God would not be in a center of it.  He is my life, He is like my breath. Every day I live, I live with Him!!!

I would like to share some things that helped me a lot in my spiritual life. These resources were a tremendous help for my spiritual life to be vibrant and get better each day. off course

Bible- off course this is ESSENTIAL!!! nothing can substitute it!!!
also a good prayer life (I'm still working on this one)!!!
Daily Success- a devotional based on the commandments of Christ.  Amazing!!!
Books- I'm planning to make a separate post for this subject.
Preachers- David Gibbs, Otto Koning, Paul Washer, David Wilkerson, Vitaliy Korchevsky and others

Here is a sermon based on Psalm 91 by David Gibbs.

These are the main three points from the sermon!!!
  1. HE does all things well
  2. He is in control of all
  3. You need to praise Him
2014 is almost here. what is this year going to bring? only the Lord knows and I trust Him, that He has everything under control, He knows 2014 in all the details and He does all things well!!! :)

He is the Rock, His work is perfect: for all His ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is He.     Deut. 32:4

As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: He is a buckler to all them that trust in Him.               2 Sam. 22:31
